Whether you are getting a new system or renovating an old one, our installations are all custom designed and installed to meet the specific requirements of the individual property we are working on. No two sites are the same therefore, no two systems are the same. Our systems are designed to efficiently and economically water your lawn and plant beds taking into consideration zone scheduling to minimize run off, evaporation, and wind drift.

The installations minimize lawn damage by using a vibratory plan to install the sprinkler piping. Care and neat workmanship insure a job is left the way it looked when we began. Variations in ground conditions occasionally call for the use of a trencher which leaves a small three inch pass in the lawn. Any disturbed areas are always restored, tamped and re-seeded if needed. In most cases, within two weeks the lawn is back to its original state. Most of the installations take between two and four days. Quality is guaranteed by taking the extra time needed to install your system properly.

By using the best quality components in addition to an expert installation, workmanship is guaranteed for a period of three years and all manufacturer warranties are honored. All new installations include a free winterization for the first year.

Lawn Sprinkler Repair & Service

Outdoor Innovations, LLC services all systems we install. Spring turn-ons, checking for adjustment, rotation of heads and cleaning grass around lawn heads is advised. Additional repairs are made to the system as needed to ensure a trouble-free watering season. 

Fall winterization is a must for all New Jersey systems. It removes water from the piping allowing it to endure the harsh winter weather without freezing and damaging components of the sprinkler system. 

New service customers are always welcome. We are fully prepared to maintain and repair systems with products from all major irrigation manufacturers. Outdoor Innovations, LLC also welcomes customers who have had a poorly designed system installed by another company and are in need of an overhaul. A surprising number of our customers have included those with systems which have needed to be completely re-done due to an inferior installation by their original installer.

Schedule your spring service early (April-May) to avoid delays when it suddenly gets hot. Spring service is on a "will call" if wanted schedule and all fall winterizations are scheduled in advance.
